As the founder and CEO of ALLKND, a Gen Z-led mental health charity, Milly has built game-changing, research-backed campaigns that inspire and empower millions each year.

Recognised by Fortune Magazine as the internet’s ‘Gen Z boss, Milly seamlessly combines lived experience, creativity, and compassion to transform how young people connect with mental health resources. Milly’s journey started with a simple question: Why isn’t mental health education more accessible? That question turned into ALLKND, a movement that has reached many. Her expertise has led to impactful collaborations with brands like Pinterest, AFLW, Instagram, and UNiDAYS, where she has championed authenticity and social impact on both a cultural and individual level.

With eight years of experience in media (B.Media & Comms), social impact (Dip. Psych), and entrepreneurship, Milly is known for her ability to merge evidence-based research with internet culture, crafting relatable and engaging content that resonates deeply with her audience. Her most recent accolades include being a Pinterest Inclusion Fund recipient, a lululemon Global Community Wellbeing Grant cohort member, and an ambassador for lululemon Australia.
